FAQ
Is this for real?
Yes. Well, it's a joke, but it's also real. You really can order a password, and it really will be handcrafted, packaged, and mailed to you.
Are these other people's (stolen) passwords?
No. How could you even think such a thing? Each of our passwords is a 100% original work of art, invented and handmade one at a time.
What are the passwords like?
Each password is different, but they generally all include a couple eclectic words or heirloom phrases mixed with some random numbers and special characters for added security.
So you will know my password?
We don't keep track of which password goes to which customer or save copies of any passwords. But, technically we could do that if we were evil and motivated (which we aren't, we're artisans and humorists). If you want to play it safe, modify your artisanal password slightly before using it and don't use it for important things like online banking.
Where should I keep my password?
Store your password in a cool, dry, and completely secret location.
What if I'm not happy with my password? Do you accept returns?
Sure. If you are, for whatever strange reason, not satisfied with your password, simply mail it back to us (for proper disposal) and request a new one. We will mail it to you, free of charge. If you are really upset and don't want a new password we will probably give you a refund.
